Score largest connected groups first. Habitat scoring depends on contiguous terrain by type, so audit the five largest patches before adding wildlife and tokens.
Compare majority before spending tokens. A nature token is worth a point at the end, but a tile swap that wins or ties a habitat can be worth more.

Finally, after three hours laying out tiles on your Cascadia board, you’ve woven river lanes through mountains, around that pesky bear in the corner, and now the game’s ended: time to score.

Scoring is typicaly the least enjoyable portion of any game because it demand careful addition. What if there’s a single prairie tile splitting up your forest patch? How to Score in Cascadia
